In order to best serve you and others, we are providing the following updated guidelines to patients experiencing ALL of the following symptoms:
Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath
If you have ALL three of these symptoms REGARDLESS of any known travel or exposure, please call your Urgent Care or Emergency Room and notify them that you need to be seen. They will let you know what you need to do before and on arrival. Please DO NOT come to our office.  We CANNOT treat this virus here.

For those experiencing:
Fever, Cough, or Lower Respiratory symptoms

Please do NOT come to the office. Schedule a Virtual Visit by accessing the link on our website If there are any questions on how to do this, do not hesitate to call the office at (301) 490-1990.

FOR ALL OTHER PATIENTS: We hope by taking the above measures, as well as by continuing with frequent cleaning, appropriate use of masks and hand sanitizers, to make your visit as SAFE as possible.
For those who are still concerned, especially those who are following up on chronic issues, please do not neglect your health. Get any relevant labs done as ordered and schedule a Virtual Visit. In this time of Crisis we feel that this is the best approach to make sure you get the care you need if you are not comfortable coming to the office.

Check our website above for how to do Virtual Visits and to see which visits are appropriate. Because of the crisis, all insurance companies including Medicare, are covering this type of visit for now. You MUST however be physically in the state of Maryland to do this.

We hope that you all will remain safe and healthy during these trying times.
Thank you,

Drs. Maggin, Moy, Tadikonda, Walker, and CRNP Mary Beth O’Brien.
